Advanced Swim Skills & Stroke Development

This class is designed for swimmers who are ready to refine their skills and build confidence in advanced techniques. Students will learn:
• Diving off the blocks and proper pool entries
• How to break away underwater from a panicked swimmer
• Stroke distances and swimming terminology
• Proper flipper usage
• Flip turns and advanced entries

📌 Important Note:
This class is not for beginners.

To participate, swimmers must:
• Swim 100 yards unassisted
• Demonstrate understanding of freestyle and backstroke
• Follow instruction on additional strokes
• Be confident and willing to swim independently

💡 If your child needs a little extra preparation before enrolling, you may schedule a 20-minute Intro Class to get them up to speed.
